The Primax Plus range of polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) tooling has twice the number of cutting edges of the PRIMAX range and is therefore more suitable for long production runs and higher feed rates.
PCD also gives an accuracy of cut throughout the tool life and faster feed rates as well as reduced downtime.
Suitable for profiling, rebating, grooving and aperture forming
Use on MDF, HDF, hard natural timber, raw, veneered and laminated particle board, plywood, hardboard and solid laminates
Use in fixed head, NC or CNC routers only.
Segmented tip (Compression cut style) with Diamond plunge tip as standard.
Upcut and downcut shear to prevent edge breakout on veneers and laminates.
Can be re-sharpened for extended life.
24000 RPM recommended speed with approximate feed rate of 5 - 15 metres per minute.
